MAXimum Research's TCPA Compliance Information

In light of recent FCC Declaratory Rulings and Orders on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), released on July 10, 2015, MAXimum Research, Inc. has invested heavily these past 5 years to ensure TCPA compliance within the call center. In short, this is accomplished as follows:

  • MAXimum Research will run the LAND SAMPLES on a dedicated server which is connected to our dialer. The cell phone portion will run on a separate server without the ability to connect to any "dialer". Data files and Quotas files are merged together.
  • Our PBX is manual dial system used by our interviewers for all cell phone projects. We can still record surveys on our PBX system.
  • All sample files are scrubbed against the known cell phone block identifier list as well as ported number list using IMS subscription list. Block list(s) are updated daily and the ported list is updated weekly.
